2014 - Fact-finding trip to San Francisco to visit largest USA Lyric provider and Phonak researchers
2015 - Lyric Key Opinion Leader award (annual award for 'best' provider in Australia)
Fact-finding trip to Stafa, Switzerland to visit Phonak Headquarters and Lyric Factory
2016 - First clinician in Australia to reach 100 subscriptions
2017 - Established Earman Audiology to operate as an independent audiologist
2019 - Developed 'T3' Extension Training Program for Lyric
2022 - Conducted Lyric 'Mentor' Program experiment for Lyric
