WAX REMOVAL TRAINING

I contract to Ear Health Courses to assist in their CM101P Practicum In-Person portion of their cerumen management course.

Unlike some other courses, the practical session is hands on:

• This includes customised training in use of magnification and specula for canal visualisation, and the supervised micro-suction, curettage and syringe of artificial debris from the participants ears (and sometimes the trainer: myself)
• This gives participants the benefit of real-world experience, enabling confidence to work with actual patients, and having experienced the procedure themselves, a better empathy and understanding of the process
