- 15 years plus of hearing rehabilitation experience with private, HSP and WorkCover clients
- An expert in all major brands of hearing aid (Phonak, Unitron, Widex, Signia, Starkey, Oticon, Bernafon etc...) and familiar with medical implants (eg. cochlear/ bone-conduction)
- One of the world's most knowledgeable and proficient Lyric providers
- An expert in wax removal (curette, micro-suction, syringe) and am equipped with own Voroscope and tools
- Pediatric capacity, indluding visual reinforced audiometry and play
- An audiologist with a strong sense of ethical customer-focus and loyalty to the financial needs of the business
